The Clinical Team Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a high-performing clinical team to ensure achieving departmental goals by fostering a collaborative, accountable, and values-driven culture aligned with company standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a clinical team while achieving departmental goals
- Hire and develop team that provide flexible options for supporting the company
- Built a culture that support the company values
- Respond to all authorization documents received and provide feedback to address processing issues
- Respond to provider inquiries that have been received by the escalation and case resolution department
- Research and verify information provided on authorization documents
- Provide innovation and change to enhance processes
- Manage compliance and control

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- 1+ years of customer/patient service experience
- Leadership experience
- Proven solid communication skills
- Willing or ability to travel to multiple locations as needed
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Preferred Qualifications:
- Managed care experience in a care coordination role
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
