Job Description
- Lead financial and valuation analyses using a range of methodologies
- Oversee development of detailed financial models to assess performance under various scenarios, capital structures, and M&A outcomes
- Drive origination and execution of transactions from pitch through to closing
- Prepare high-quality client presentations covering strategic alternatives, capital markets activity, and corporate finance topics
- Manage due diligence processes and support drafting of transaction documentation
- Maintain deep understanding of clients, targets, and relevant market dynamics
- Oversee market, industry, and company research and financial analysis
- Collaborate with deal teams across the Bank to deliver integrated client solutions
- Drive day-to-day project management and execution
- Ensure completion of all required credit and regulatory assessments
A successful candidate must have:
More than 10 years in M&A or Investment Banking
Proven ability to perform under pressure in high-intensity environments
Strong academic and professional track record
Deep interest in building a long-term career in M&A
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a high degree of personal integrity and teamwork
