We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Urogynecology to lead and grow our expanding urogynecology program across Southeast Michigan. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a physician who is passionate about advancing care, building high-performing teams, and shaping a developing service line.
This leader will play a critical role in defining program structure, clinical excellence, and long-term strategy while maintaining clinical practice.

Requirements
- Completion of a medical degree (MD or DO)
- Fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery or Urogynecology
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Physicians must be board certified or board eligible
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated leadership experience or strong interest in physician leadership and program development
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Leadership Scope and Impact
As Regional Director, you will:
- Provide clinical and strategic leadership for the urogynecology program across multiple sites
- Partner in a dyad leadership model with the Urogynecology Program Manager to drive operational and clinical success
- Lead the development and growth of a newer, evolving program structure
- Establish and standardize:
- Clinical protocols and care pathways
- Best practices across sites
- Programmatic workflows and operational efficiencies
- Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship
- Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture across the care team
- Guide quality, performance, and patient experience initiatives
- Serve as a key voice in strategic planning and service line expansion
Duties & Responsibilities
In addition to leadership duties, you will:
- Evaluate and manage a full spectrum of pelvic floor disorders
- Perform advanced surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Participate in teaching, mentoring, and research opportunities as desired
