About the Role:
The IT Business Partner for Medical Affairs and Innovation serves as a strategic liaison between Information Technology and Medical Affairs departments, driving technology initiatives that support medical excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency. This role requires understanding of medical affairs processes while maintaining expertise in technology solutions.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to be the IT Business Partner for Medical Affairs. You'll also:
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives and medical strategy
- Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders, process owners, and project teams to identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Participate in joint IT-Business working groups for continuous improvement initiatives
- Support business strategy development, innovation pipeline, and technology road mapping
- Develop and implement IT solutions that address evolving Medical Affairs business needs and enhance operational efficiency
- Oversee technical implementation, integration, and optimization of medical affairs systems
- Ensure successful delivery of IT projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline
- Work closely with Medical Affairs and other support functions (e.g. Quality Assurance, Compliance, Legal, etc…)
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT with focus on healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with medical affairs processes and regulatory environments
- Strong technical knowledge of medical affairs applications and IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in project management practices and agile methodologies

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building capabilities
Where You'll Work
This is a hybrid role based out of our Bridgewater NJ HQ office. You'll have the option to work remotely most of the time, with in-person collaboration when it matters most
Travel Requirements
This role requires occasional [domestic/international/global] travel (approximately 10%)

Pay Range:
$147,000.00-206,333.00 Annual
