We are seeking a full-time, remote Associate Director Key Accounts. This position is accountable for supporting the Directors of Key Accounts in meeting sales targets and achieving superior customer satisfaction. General duties and responsibilities of this role are outlined below. Some nationwide business travel may be required. This role will focus on supporting the efforts of the DKA team in managing and expanding existing business and new logo opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coverage for contract development and management calls (POS, CCC, Budget, OPEC, CMFC, Red Flag, etc.) when DKA has a conflict
- Attend the call, take notes and relay information to the DKA, advise of any follow-up/ action the DKA/Associate DKA needs to take
- Send new referral acknowledgement email on certain established clients (as determined by DKA)
- Assist DKA in prompt client contact when DKA is not immediately available
- Help set up calls as requested by DKA

- Other
- Assist in pulling together and distributing documents for CEC including the OP, CVA, cover letter and invoice schedule (managed based on need)
- Assist in tracking and following up on projects and delivery of action items
- Pipeline call coverage when needed
- Assist DKA with following up on Accounts Receivable issues
- Support DKA in handling other tasks as requested/appropriate
- Support Management Team as needed/requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Experience: Three years' sales/customer service/account management experience at a minimum with related experience in insurance or a health care environment preferred. Working knowledge of the workers compensation industry. Workers' compensation claims experience highly desirable.
- Communication: Superior oral and written communication skills and phone presence. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and medical/patient reports. Ability to write clear and persuasive correspondence and memos. Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Reasoning Ability: Strong analytical skills ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; ability to interpret a variety of instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables; demonstrated ability to analyze difficult situations, problems, and data; ability to use good judgment and decision-making skills; ability to anticipate customer needs and reactions
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Any combination of education/experience and knowledge that demonstrates the ability to perform the functions of the position will be considered.
