Holzman Laser Vision/Holzman Solomon Vision Partners is a leading provider of refractive surgical procedures in the Washington, DC Metro region. We are seeking a motivated and skilled ophthalmologist to join our highperforming team. We specialize in LASIK, PRK, Corneal CrossLinking, Refractive Lens Exchange, ICL and Refractive Cataract Surgery, and we are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes through personalized, detailoriented care.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have training in anterior segment surgery, with additional interest or experience in advanced glaucoma therapies considered a strong plus. Requirements
Responsibilities
- Perform refractive surgical procedures including LASIK, PRK, Refractive Lens Exchange, ICL, Refractive Cataract Surgery, and Corneal CrossLinking
- Conduct comprehensive preoperative and postoperative evaluations
- Collaborate with our surgical and clinical teams to ensure consistent, high quality patient experience
- Contribute to patient education, clinical decision making, and surgical care planning
- Participate in practice growth initiatives and community engagement as needed
Qualifications
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency
- Fellowship training in anterior segment, refractive surgery, or cornea preferred
- Interest or experience in surgical glaucoma is beneficial
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and exceptional surgical outcomes
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Virginia and Maryland
