Description

Berkshire Health Systems is seeking a BC/BE Physiatrist to join our hospital-based practice. 

• Our PM&R Department is expanding its services for inpatient, consult and outpatient physiatry coverage serving a diverse population in Berkshire County in Western Massachusetts. 
• The practice offers both short-term and long-term outpatient care programs across its campuses, ensuring expertise, advanced technology, and quality care that patients can trust.
• This position offers a unique opportunity to help develop an innovative, integrative model for chronic pain care, combining osteopathic principles, rehabilitation medicine, and multidisciplinary collaboration. 
• Provide limited inpatient rehabilitation consult coverage (approximately 4–6 hours per week) 
• Participate in 1:4 weekend coverage for the inpatient rehabilitation unit. 
• The practice works closely with Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Management and Osteopathy taking a full spectrum approach to care.
