About the Camp
For over a century, this traditional, well-established overnight girls camp has provided life-changing experiences to generations of campers. Located on a pristine lakefront campus, the camp blends tradition and innovation, offering a wide variety of activities in waterfront, equestrian, outdoor adventure, arts, theater, sports, and leadership development.

Requirements
Top Candidate Qualities
Visionary Leader – Experienced in youth development, with the ability to set strategic goals while honoring long-standing traditions.
Strong Operator – Skilled in managing complex operations including campers, staff, programming, budgeting, and facilities.
Inclusive Team Builder – Dedicated to cultivating a positive, warm, and collaborative culture for campers, counselors, and leadership staff.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy – Partner with ownership to define and execute a clear vision that balances tradition with innovation.
Operations & Safety – Oversee daily camp operations, risk management, and program delivery across diverse activity areas.
Camper & Family Engagement – Build strong relationships with campers, families, and alumni while ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
Staff Development – Mentoring of seasonal staff, cultivating a strong return rate.
Facilities Stewardship – Supervise upkeep and improvements across a large lakeside property including bunks, dining, activity centers, and recreational areas.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of senior leadership in overnight camps, youth programs, hospitality, or related fields.
Proven ability to manage large teams, budgets, and facilities.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Passion for youth development and creating a safe, fun, inclusive community.
Willingness to live onsite during the camp season.
