We are launching a new highly ambitious bipartisan social movement called "Humans First" (which will be a 501c3 and affiliated 501c4) in order to ensure the AI serves ordinary people, not a small AI elite. We are currently hiring for a number of senior roles, and are looking for experienced, ambitious people to fill them. We already have advisers and interested partners from across the political spectrum, and are looking to build up genuine power to confront the AI elites and ensure the security, liberty and flourishing of all Americans.

The Campaign and Strategy Director will work closely with senior team members across these workstreams to ensure cohesive planning, strong cross-functional communication, and timely execution. This role involves synthesizing information from multiple teams, identifying opportunities and risks, and adjusting strategy in response to external developments. The Campaign and Strategy Director will also support staffing decisions, help identify potential partners or advisors, and provide high-level guidance to both senior and junior team members across the initiative.

- Maintaining Broad Appeal: Ensure that strategy and execution reflect the organization’s commitment to engaging a wide, diverse, and bipartisan audience. Anticipate and respond to developments that could challenge balance or neutrality.
- Team Building: Support recruitment and help identify strong candidates, advisors, and partners who can contribute to strategic development or program execution.
