Portland Hand Clinic is a Physician owned Orthopedic Hand Surgery Practice looking for a dynamic Certified Hand Therapist. This is a great opportunity for a Therapist who enjoys working closely with the Physician and care team in treating patients who present with diverse upper extremity diagnoses. We are seeking a therapist who thrives in a fast paced environment, utilizing their diverse skills for evaluation, education, implementation of treatment plans and fabrication of custom orthotics for acute and post operative injuries. In addition to treating patients in our office we assist patients who live outside of our area, coordinating their care with therapists closer to home in order to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

-Graduation from an accredited Occupational/Physical Therapy Program.

-CHT Certification.

-Excellent communication skills to work with patients, families and coordinate with other members of the health care team.

-Experienced in Orthotic fabrication.

-Exceptional clinical reasoning skills and strong knowledge of anatomy.

-Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. 

-Shoulder experience preferred or willingness to learn.
