Corporate Variable Operations Director

Location: Nationwide (Periodical travel required)
Primary location of Miami or Los Angeles preferred but not required.
Reports to: Executive Team
Overview: Lead variable operations for a growing nation-wide $1b+ revenue dealership group. Focus on driving performance in vehicle sales, especially in used vehicles and F&I departments.  Proficient in the best automotive technologies that can drive desired results.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in achieving new vehicle sales targets across all franchises.
Oversee used vehicle inventory, pricing, and sales strategies.
Oversee F&I vendors, products, and training to maximize profitability.
Research, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for optimal terms.
Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
Travel frequently nationwide to support dealerships.
Report regularly to executive team on progress and initiatives.
Requirements:
3+ Years experience as either GSM or in a Corporate Variable Operations role.
Strong interpersonal, team-building, and analytical skills.
Willingness for extensive travel.
