Together, we will become the world's leading cancer reference laboratory.Position Summary:The Director of Marketing leads the strategic and tactical execution of marketing initiatives that support our Digital Technology Health, Key Account, and National Account teams. They play a critical role in shaping how we engage with large oncology practices, health systems, and GPO partners, developing compelling value propositions, targeted campaigns, and integrated digital solutions that drive adoption of NeoGenomics’ diagnostic offerings and support long-term partnerships.Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with the VP of Global Marketing, VP of National Accounts and Digital Health, and Key Account/National Account leadership to define marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement across priority segments
- Translate company strategy into integrated marketing plans that support account-specific goals, and digital solution adoption
- Lead the development of messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to C/D-suite leadership, CIO/CTO and other tech partners, practice administrators, and healthcare decision-makers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all customer-facing initiatives
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns (digital, content, event, and field enablement) to support customer acquisition and retention in key accounts
- Support digital marketing programs that enhance engagement across platforms-email, paid media, webinars, and CRM/marketing automation tools
- Create impactful materials for strategic accounts, including presentations, case studies, GPO and EHR toolkits, and digital resources
- Support strategic account field teams and digital health commercial teams with resources and insights to communicate the value of our diagnostics and digital health solutions effectively
- Leverage customer, market, and digital analytics to guide strategic decisions and optimize campaigns
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to refine messaging and identify new growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or diagnostics marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in oncology or precision medicine
- Proven success developing and executing B2B marketing strategies that support sales and account management teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience collaborating with field, payer, and medical teams to develop value-based messaging strongly preferred
