Join Paradigm as our Director of Medical Bill Review and lead transformative strategies that enhance provider engagement and operational excellence. As a leader within our Networks and Operations team, you'll drive innovation, oversee enterprise-wide bill review operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes in cost containment, provider satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in bill review management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- At least 3 years of hands-on medical bill processing and analysis.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proven experience developing and implementing workflows, policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding.
- Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-9 & 10, RBRVS, and other coding methodologies.
- Core Competencies:
- Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and executive presence.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.
