This is a hands-on finance leadership role for a seasoned FP&A professional who can move comfortably between the model and the conference room, ask difficult questions constructively, and translate complexity for non-financial leaders.
Working directly with our CFO and organizational leaders, this person will lead the Annual Operating Plan, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, program economics, and performance insight to help CCFW make better decisions about resources, capacity, funding, and greater mission impact.
The work is meaningful. The questions are complex. The insights will influence real decisions about where CCFW invests its resources and how we expand our impact.
