Overview

We are seeking a member-focused and operationally skilled Director of Outside Operations to oversee all aspects of our golf outside services. Working closely with the Head Golf Professional, this leadership role manages our bag room, cart operations, practice facilities, tee sheet, and outside service staff to ensure seamless daily operations and outstanding member experiences

Experience Required

Secondary education and golf experience preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf. Strong communication skills, ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff. Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices. Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service. High attention to detail and reliability.

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage the tee sheet and oversee all starting duties
• Deliver the highest level of personalized service to club members and guests
• Develop knowledge of members' preferences and proactively anticipate their needs
• Oversee scheduling for all outside staff
• Attention to details
• Maintain accurate record keeping of daily play and pace of play
• Monitor pace of play
• Approachable, friendly, and an open personality
• High Level of communication to members and staff alike
• Ability to work as a team, share the same mission statement
