We have developed a one-of-its-kind coaching curriculum that will guide you through each and every step to becoming an elite strength & conditioning coach. We have developed this curriculum over the last 20 years to prepare coaches to make a tremendous impact on those around them.

Allegiate is a group-based strength training gym. We have an extensive program that takes the latest in sports science and combines it with time-honored training principles to bring a professional training experience to the public. We use innovative tracking tools from ForceDeck, ForceFrame, NordBord, Functional Movement Screen, GymAware, Bridge, and BodyMetrix to track our program end-to-end. This gives our coaches the tools to make accurate decisions on the program at every moment. 

The position oversees all aspects of the member experience: Coaching classes with upwards to 15 people, running analytics during class, performing Functional Movement Screens, handle member onboarding, work with sales team on member sign ups, and collaborate with sales and marketing for the business. 

A second aspect is onboarding, scheduling and meeting with staff working with members. 

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelors degree, NSCA CSCS, CPR First Air, and the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes.
