Compensation: $140,000, plus bonus
What You Will Do:
Director of Strategic Accounts, DSO will implement the DSO division's business plan to grow sales and customer loyalty by performing the following duties.
Identify and review sales opportunities
Prioritize customers per the customer prioritization categories and monitor and engage accordingly.
Cultivate relationships with existing and new DSO accounts
Oversee and execute the successful completion of RFPs
Collaborate with peers in other expense centers
Cultivate and develop a designated regional sales territory by building long-term relationships with DSO Leaders through the implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans
Through a hands-on approach, drive Darby's DSO business segment growth through acquisition, retention, expansion and growth of new and existing clients to achieve revenue goals
Prospect, develop and manage DSO accounts to achieve targeted sales goals through outbound calls
Prioritize MBO goals for sales and customer adoption of Darby business solutions.
Call and email clients, introducing them to the best dental products and technology through a trust-based sales approach.
Analyze sales trends and results and make recommendations to the leadership team; develop performance measurement tools; update DSO performance to management on a timely basis
Build rapport and relationships with various internal stakeholders (marketing, finance, regulatory, sales management, etc) to achieve desired outcomes
Document and manage customer touch points in the company's CRM system, SalesForce
Ad hoc duties as needed
What We Need in You:
Bachelor's degree
5 years of Sales Management experience in the Dental Special Markets and DSO Sales Segment
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
SalesForce or CRM experience a plus.
Demonstrated success building deep, long term relationships with Dental practices and DSO accounts
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, required
Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills, required
Ability to use AI
