Must have Bach Degr in Accountg, Fnance, Bus Ad, Econ, Mangmnt Science or rltd field & 3 yrs exp job ofered or as Accountg Mgr, Audit Mgr, Fund Contrllr or rltd role in financl, accountg or audit svcs sectrs. 2 yrs req exp must incl: Managing PE secondry & co-invstmnt fund accountg & opertns, incl all treasry, fund opertns & accountg aspcts; Overseeg reprtg & opertns for rated note feedr & collatrlzd financg prodcts; Evaluatg perfrmnce 3rd-party admnstrtrs & managing vendr relatnshps; Interprtg & analyzg complx fund governg doc & side lettr terms; Perfrmg dry powdr anlysis supp PE invstmnts & fundg; Reviewg financl statemnts close-ended PE funds in alignmnt w/ U stds & know review invstmnts valuatns; Reviewg cash projctns & managing invstmnts /fund level cash flow activties; Applyg accountg stds on financl reprtg, incl ASC 820 (FAS 157), ASC 946 & ASC 740; & Managing subordnte personnl.
