About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to practise Occupational Therapy in a way that is flexible, sustainable and aligned with your values.
Working within our South Australian team, you will deliver community-based OT services across funding streams including NDIS, Support at Home and DVA. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your caseload and schedule, supported by established systems, mentoring and a strong peer network.
Our model prioritises practitioner wellbeing and high-quality outcomes, ensuring caseloads remain manageable and support remains accessible.
You’ll be joining a genuinely collaborative multidisciplinary team of OTs, Physios and Therapy Assistants who work together to support meaningful outcomes in the community. Our Therapy Assistants play an active role in client programs, including one team member who is also a qualified driving instructor, adding specialised driver support and skill development.

Income statement:
Our practitioners generate income based on the hourly rates set within relevant funding schemes. Under our model you keep 85% of what you earn. 100% of travel income is yours.
We recognise that life includes family commitments, personal responsibilities and time away from work. Within our model, taking leave or adjusting your workload is not viewed as a lack of commitment. We believe sustainable practice leads to better outcomes, for clinicians and clients alike.

Experience and Qualifications
Potential to Drive and Return to Driving post graduate qualifications
Current driver’s license
Eligibility to work in Australia
Registered with AHPRA (or eligible)
