The Salina Housing Authority located in Salina, Kansas is seeking an experienced housing professional to serve as its Executive Director. This position may be filled by full-time, part-time or contract employment, based on experience, qualifications and motivation of applicant to complete job requirements. The Executive Director will oversee administration of 553 Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV) and RAD Project Based Vouchers, as well as the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program within, and development activities. The candidate should have management experience in affordable housing and a strong understanding of finance, human resources, community development, public administration or a closely related field. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the Authority’s operations. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or work-related experience is required. Salary range is negotiable based on experience, qualifications and agreed upon classification of the position. Benefits include KPERS retirement, health care, PTO leave and paid holidays.
