Description
FAMILY MEDICINE RESIDENCY - CORE FACULTY
The R. Randall Rollins Center for Medical Education at Beebe Healthcare is seeking core faculty members to assist the program director in the development, design, implementation, education, and supervision of the new program. Effective July 2026, we will be a 6-6-6 program with continued accreditation status with the ACGME.
If you’re ready to make a real impact in family medicine, this is your chance to join a progressive, innovative Family Medicine Residency Program where your ideas and expertise will help shape the future of primary care. Working hand-in-hand with the program director (PD) and a team of passionate educators, you’ll play a key role in mentoring residents and building a program that sets a new standard for excellence.
As a core faculty member, you’ll be both a leader and a teacher—guiding resident physicians, advancing clinical care, and ensuring the highest quality education within an accredited, thriving residency program. Your time will be split between meaningful clinical work (60%) and purposeful administrative and teaching responsibilities (40%), giving you the best of both worlds: direct patient care and the opportunity to inspire the next generation of physicians.
To be considered, we require:
- ABMS or AOA board certified in family medicine
- Current or ability to obtain medical licensure in the state of Delaware and appropriate medical staff appointment
If you’re driven by collaboration, innovation, and a passion for developing future family medicine leaders, we’d love to have you on our team.
