Field Director – Bay Area Campaign
The Field Director will lead and execute the campaign’s field strategy across the Bay Area, building a strong grassroots operation to identify, persuade, and turn out voters. This role oversees field staff and volunteers, manages voter contact programs, and ensures data-driven execution in a fast-paced campaign environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive field plan for the Bay Area
Recruit, train, and manage field staff and volunteers
Oversee voter contact programs including canvassing, phone banking, and relational organizing
Track goals, analyze data, and adjust strategy to meet turnout targets
Coordinate with campaign leadership and allied organizations
Qualifications:
Prior campaign field experience, including staff management
Strong knowledge of Bay Area communities and political landscape
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends
