Eames Consulting have been retained by an exciting, high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business to appoint their new Finance Director.

Following recent PE investment, the business is looking for a Finance Director to join them on their growth journey toward a successful exit within four years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day finance function, monthly Board pack preparation, and statutory reporting.
• Own financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and scenario modelling to support scaling.
• Partner closely with the senior leadership team on commercial and strategic decision-making.
• Report on core SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV/CAC).
• Provide clear, insightful reporting to the Board and PE stakeholders.
• Grow and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Guide the business, with the support of the PE firm, toward a successful exit.
• Set standards for excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

Skills & Experience:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven track record as a Financial Controller or Finance Director in a high-growth business.
• PaaS / SaaS experience is highly desirable.
• Experience working with PE/VC investors is highly desirable.
• A desire to join a fast-growing, fast-paced environment.
