A community hospital in West Texas is looking to add a Family Medicine physician with OB training to their team. This role is genuinely flexible-you decide how much clinic, OB, inpatient, and procedural work you want in your schedule. Optional scopes and hospitalist shifts are available if you want to increase income.

The clinic is connected directly to the hospital, which keeps the day efficient and eliminates extra travel. You'll be joining an experienced, supportive group that includes FM, FMOB, OB/GYN physicians, and APPs.

Position Highlights:
• Join a supportive team of experienced Family Medicine, FM-OB, and OB/GYN physicians, plus APP support
• Opportunity to perform scopes and pick up optional hospitalist shifts
• Modern clinic attached to the hospital - no off-site travel
• Guaranteed base salary of $330,000 with incentive potential to earn $450,000+
