Our client is an Investment Management Firm based in Singapore and is seeking an experienced FP&A Associate to place in their team. This role is central to providing strategic finance insights that guide management decision-making.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead the preparation of the 2026 budget and ongoing forecasting
• Produce ad-hoc analysis on costs, revenues, ratios, and break-even AUM
• Support investor reporting with forward-looking financial forecasts
• Collaborate on implementing a new budgeting platform and enhance reporting processes
• Manage stakeholders independently and bring best practices to the team
• Mine and analyze data using Excel (including VLOOKUP) and visualize insights using Power BI

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A, management reporting, or financial analysis experience in the financial services industry
• Comfortable with unstructured, hands-on, and often manual processes
• Able to work independently, manage multiple ad-hoc requests, and craft clear financial narratives
• Highly collaborative, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
