Description
The HR Director is responsible for oversight of the Human Resources function for the enterprise. Responsible for management of personnel policies, supporting performance management, recruiting, onboarding, retention, benefits administration, and training. This is a hands-on role, and the ideal candidate will have management experience in a function other than Human Resources. Must demonstrate business acumen as it relates to practical applications of HR principles.
