Hamilton Campaign Network seeks an experienced Field Director for a competitive race in The Hudson Valley.

This position is a staff management position and two previous cycles of campaign experience with some supervisory responsibilities preferred. Qualified candidates will be familiar with and comfortable working Votebuilder and Google Workspace suite. Training will be provided on our best practices & program management protocols. Our field programs are comprehensive, deliberate, and emphasize message training, so be prepared to learn and implement new practices in your management philosophy.

The geography of the district requires that a Field Director have a car and the ability to drive. This is a full time position that will run from January through the New York Primary in June. Requirements

Responsibilities:
Supervising organizers, volunteers, and paid canvassers in order to achieve program goals
-Creating a respectful and fun environment that campaign volunteers will want to return to.
-Oversight and execution of recruitment, intake, training, and management of organizers and canvassers.
-Providing canvassers with clear, quantitative goals and tracking progress.
-Utilizing internal tracking systems in order to monitor workflow.
-Quality controlling canvasser data
-Cutting turf
