Description
Fox Auto Team is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Director to lead our online sales department and maximize lead performance. This role is responsible for managing all sales related opprotunities, overseeing CRM activity, coaching team members, improving response times, setting appointments, and helping convert online opportunities into vehicle sales. The ideal candidate will have automotive sales experience, prior management experience, strong CRM knowledge, and a solid understanding of the sales process. We are looking for a process-oriented leader who brings urgency, takes initiative, multi-tasks effectively, pays close attention to detail, and holds themselves and their team accountable to results. This person should also stay current with the latest automotive internet sales trends, digital retail tools, customer communication methods, and online lead-generation strategies. Requirements
Qualified candidates must have at least 2–3 years of management or leadership experience, preferably in an automotive dealership or internet sales environment. Automotive sales experience is required, along with a strong understanding of the sales process, customer follow-up, appointment setting, and lead conversion. Candidates should have working knowledge of dealership CRM systems and be comfortable managing internet leads, phone calls, emails, text communication, and online customer inquiries. The ideal candidate must be process-oriented, organized, detail-focused, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and accountability skills are required. Candidates should also demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, take initiative, and stay current with the latest automotive internet sales trends, digital retail tools, and online lead-generation strategies.
