We are a boutique physical therapy practice in SoHo built on a true 1:1 care model and a strong reputation for exceptional outcomes. Our clinical approach centers on performance-based rehabilitation, serving motivated, high-functioning professionals who value strength, longevity, and long-term physical resilience — not a traditional high-volume outpatient clinic.

The Opportunity

This is not a standard clinical hire. As the practice enters a new phase, we are seeking an experienced clinician to step into a Clinical Director role with a defined pathway toward practice ownership. The right candidate will serve as the primary clinician for our NYC location, oversee day-to-day operations, and work toward acquiring an equity stake in the practice over time.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality 1:1 outpatient orthopedic care with a full caseload
• Develop individualized rehabilitation programs focused on strength, performance, and long-term capacity
• Oversee daily clinical operations, scheduling, new hires
• Build and maintain patient relationships and referral networks
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice

What We're Looking For

• Strong foundation in strength, conditioning, and performance-based rehabilitation
• Ability to think beyond symptom reduction toward long-term capacity
• Leadership ability and interest in practice operations and growth
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong patient rapport
• Experience in sports rehabilitation or performance care a strong plus

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Active New York State Physical Therapy license
3-5+ years outpatient orthopedic or private practice experience
Experience managing a full independent caseload
