Are you a seasoned Physical Therapist with a knack for leadership and a passion for excellence?

Lead the charge at The Center of Rehabilitation and Sports Excellence at University Orthopaedic Associates (UOA) - A Division of NJ.  We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapy Site Supervisor to lead our Wall Township location.

In this role, you will balance high-level patient care with strategic clinical oversight, mentoring a talented team and ensuring every patient leaves stronger than they arrived.

What You’ll Do:

         Lead the Charge: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless patient flow and a high-energy clinic environment.

         Mentor & Inspire: Serve as a clinical resource for therapists and aides, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

         Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier, evidence-based care while maintaining the highest standards for documentation and compliance.

         Drive Growth: Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives and community relationships to keep our clinic thriving.

         Collaborates closely with the Director of Physical Therapy to manage day-to-day operations and address clinical concerns

         A Licensed Physical Therapist with 3–5 years of outpatient orthopedic experience.

OrthoNJ, LLC is required by New Jersey law to disclose the compensation range for this position. The hiring range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000 annually.

Compensation is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and geographic location. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, as well as benefits. Eligible full-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a retirement plan.
