Meraki Talent's client is currently looking to hire at Director level for their specialist Energy Transition practice in Ireland. Our client is a purpose-led Global Consulting business. Their Energy Transition M&A Advisory team provide tailored advisory solutions which allow clients to unlock and preserve value during the transaction lifecycle.

As a Director within this business unit you will be utilising your knowledge of renewable energy to identify and originate opportunities and to support the Partner with business development activities.

You will also be executing on both buy and sell-side deals, advising clients on their M&A strategy and supporting them by preparing energy businesses and assets for disposal.

The role is supported by Manager and Associate colleagues, however you will still have to undertake technical work on financial models and project financing.

For this role my client is seeking applications from experienced M&A professionals who have a track record within Energy Transition related transactions. This experience will ideally have been gained in the Irish market. Experience can have been gained within Consulting, in-house Investment/Corporate De roles and/or IB.
