• Establish and grow the firm's presence in the DACH market
• Source, structure, and manage transactions, focusing on targets in complex situations across various industries (e.g. manufacturing, traditional media, agriculture, healthcare, energy)
• Foster strong relationships with management teams, advisors, investors, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with international leadership team to ensure alignment across regions
• Represent the firm as a trusted partner in the DACH investment community

Who we are looking for

• Deep experience in special situations investing, financing or advisory
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a "hunter" mentality
• Someone with an open mindset and the drive to establish and grow the firm's DACH operations
• Strong communication skills for engaging with all stakeholders
• Proven track record of sourcing and executing successful deals in the DACH market
• Strong local network and deep understanding of the corporate and investment landscape in the DACH region
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and negotiation abilities
• Native German speaker with fluent English
