RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking a Medical Director of Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services Near the Jersey Shore!
RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is currently seeking an experienced, board-certified Adult Psychiatrist to fill the role as Medical Director of Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ.
The Medical Director of PESS for MMC will be responsible for the coordination of the Medical Staff and clinical staffing activities and performing direct patient care within the Psychiatric Emergency Screening Service sites. He/she will direct and participate in team meetings, treatment planning, disposition, and other certifying requirements.

Qualifications:
- ABPN board-certified in Adult Psychiatry
- NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ
- Ideally experienced working in an inpatient setting
- High energy, adaptable, and ability to work on a team
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $315,000 to $445,000 per year.
The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience
