Position Summary

Olympia Country & Golf Club is seeking a Member Enrollment Director to join our Leadership Team. Working closely with department heads and the General Manager, you'll play a vital role in executing our Membership by Invitation strategy in alignment with our long-range plan. At OCGC, we're focused on emphasizing creativity in Member events, strong membership growth, and innovative ideas. The Member Enrollment Director is to be an integral part of the Club's Management Team (all department heads and General Manager), partnering with the Club Committees to effectively implement the Membership by Invitation strategy and processes in compliance with our core fundamentals to build and retain our current membership.

Experience Required

• A four-year college degree required
• Previous sales experience with documentation of successful sales implementation. Previous private club or hospitality experience is considered preferable

Essential Responsibilities

• Regular weekly work schedule Tuesday - Saturday
• Some monthly evening hours will be required as the Membership Enrollment Director will need to pre-load monthly dining and social evening events, as well as member appreciation events, with prospective members and attend the events for the purpose of creating and causing a referral environment in order to reach sales goals
