In this Hand/Occupational Therapist role you will evaluate patient's conditions based on referring physician diagnoses and develops and implements individualized occupational therapy treatment plans to restore function, prevent disability, and support patients in achieving their highest level of performance.

Requirements
You’ll achieve success by:
Evaluates patients and establishes appropriate patient care plan to include necessary modalities, procedures, exercise programs, and patient education as warranted by the patient's diagnosis and condition.
Performs documentation in a manner that is legible, accurate, timely, and according to departmental policy, including evaluations, tests, progress notes, daily treatment notes patient/family.
Communicates patient's evaluation and subsequent progress to physician and other referral sources in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science, Master's Certificate, or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Two years of experience in Hand therapy preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Occupational therapy licensure in the state of Georgia.
Knowledge of practice management and word processing software
CHT credential preferred (or sitting for it within the next year).
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
CPR and first aid certification required

About: Compensation: $75,000-$105,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
