IOT is a growing multidisciplinary allied health practice delivering NDIS services across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven. Our team includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists who work collaboratively to support participants to achieve real, functional outcomes.

The Role
Based out of our Wollongong clinic, you will support a diverse NDIS caseload across adolescent and adult populations, delivering community-based and clinic services.
You will:
- Complete functional assessments and develop goal-focused therapy plans.
- Deliver tailored interventions that support independence and participation.
- Prescribe assistive technology and environmental modifications.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimise outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain compliant documentation aligned with NDIS requirements.

Requirements
About You
You will have:
- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience delivering evidence-based therapy (NDIS experience desirable)
- Graduate/entry level candidates are welcome to apply for this position
- Confidence working autonomously with appropriate clinical support.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- A collaborative, client-centred approach
- Current Australian work rights are required at the time of application
- A driver's licence is required for community-based service delivery.
