Job Description

Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) - $75k-$85k
Port Washington (16 hrs) & Oyster Bay (24 hrs) | Outpatient Clinics

Metro PT is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team! You'll split time between our Port Washington and Oyster Bay clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Must be open to treat both pelvic health and general outpatient OT patients. Pelvic certification preferred, but we'll train the right OT with a passion for pelvic therapy.

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care (pelvic + general)
• Treat prenatal/postpartum, pelvic pain, incontinence, constipation, prolapse, diastasis recti & more
• Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
• Fabricate custom splints as needed
• Document evaluations and treatment progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
• NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
• Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Sensory integration experience a plus
• Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
• Pelvic health certification OR willingness to complete Level 1 course
