Pure Potential is a mobile-based service providing high quality, evidence based occupational therapy services to Dubbo and surrounding areas.
You will be based at home and service Dubbo and surrounding areas with a central office located in Dubbo to work from at your convenience.
Pure Potential offers a supportive and nurturing working environment allowing you to grow your skills as an Occupational Therapist in the areas you are most passionate about. For more experienced Occupational Therapists, this opportunity allows for a great work/life balance and allows you to increase your independence as a therapist. You will be working alongside two other Occupational Therapists who can offer as much support as required in the areas you are most passionate about.

Pure Potential provides Occupational Therapy services to children, adults and older persons for a range of physical and intellectual disabilities. The caseload will be a mixture of private, Medicare, NDIS, and Aged Care Package clients.

New Graduate program offers an increased supervision allowance and shadowing experiences to assist in growing your skills as a new therapist. New graduate program also allows no KPI targets for a minimum of 6 months, with a steady increase over 12 months.
Requirements
The role will involve the following:
Conduct assessments and collaborate with clients to contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the client plan as appropriate to their circumstances.
Coordinate the delivery of occupational therapy services to assess and treat children, adults and older persons with various diagnosis/disabilities.
Assist each client achieve these goals through therapy services, planning, home modifications and prescription of assistive technology.
Conduct home visits and visits to the community as required.
Work in a flexible home-based role providing mobile occupational therapy service to the Dubbo and surrounding areas.
Successful Applicants must have the following:
Current AHPRA registration
Working with children’s check or willingness to obtain.
Current CPR and First Aid certificates or willingness to obtain.
Current Police check within the last 12 months
Current drivers licence and own car.
Minimum 2 working references
Minimum 1 character reference if you are new graduate with no OT experience
Proof of immunisation status in line with NSW Health requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
