The MindCare Institute of Korea (MCI)
The MindCare Institute of Korea (MCI) is a multidisciplinary mental health and developmental clinic providing psychological assessment and therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults from both Korean and international communities. We are currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about supporting children’s functional, sensory, and emotional development within a collaborative clinical environment.

Flexible: Full-time / Part-time / Independent Contractor
Schedule: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to children and adolescents
(sensory integration, fine and gross motor skills, self-care skills, school-related functioning)
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document sessions and maintain clinical records
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, speech-language pathologists, and assessment specialists
Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure (Korea or internationally recognized)
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred
- Experience with sensory integration, developmental delays, emotional/behavioral concerns, or neurodiverse populations is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work with multicultural and international families
