About Us
At Darling Pediatric Therapy, we believe in the power of connection and play. Our Naperville practice supports children with sensory processing differences, autism, developmental delays, feeding challenges, and fine motor or emotional regulation needs. We focus on sensory integration, interoception, and whole-child development. We care about children and families and also about creating a supportive, sustainable workplace for our therapists.
What We Offer
Our clinic has sensory-rich spaces designed for exploration and regulation. You will receive ongoing mentorship and guidance from experienced colleagues. We provide training and development opportunities so you can grow professionally. Part-time hours are flexible and built around your schedule. We offer paid admin and evaluation time. Our administrative team handles scheduling and billing so you can focus on therapy.
About This Role
We are looking for a part-time pediatric occupational therapist to join our team. You will work with a growing caseload of children from our waitlist. Most hours are in the afternoon, with the option to add additional times if you want. This role is ideal for therapists who want meaningful work, autonomy, and a supportive environment without a full-time commitment.
