A full-time optometrist position (Monday through Thursday) is available in the growing city of Phelan California. Still an area of affordable living in the High Desert near Mountain High Ski Resort.  Buena Vista Eyecare is a privately owned practice with four locations, known for its modern equipment, beautiful decor and professional staff.
We are seeking a friendly, personable, and reliable optometrist to join our team. Two of the optometrists are assistant-clinical professors, in case you would like the opportunity to teach in our clinics.  You will be able to practice full-scope optometry along with the support of several optometrists available for consultations. Our opticians handle thorough pre-tests and contact lens training. There is a full-time billing expert to assist with questions.  We perform OPTOS imaging and Zeiss OCT on every patient over 40. Additionally, you will have access to our dry eye clinic, which includes Oculus tear analysis, thermal MiboFlo as well as IPL treatments. Two of our locations feature an on-site optical lab. If you are interested in contact lenses, we offer training in scleral contact fittings using our sMAP.  The exam rooms include automated refraction systems and slit-lamp cameras. Our offices are paperless and use Compulink EMR. The work environment is well-designed and amazingly beautiful. There is also a possibility of future purchase.
