Growing together.As a full time, exempt Physical Therapist, you are responsible for the evaluation, planning, and directing of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician, in an effort to restore function and prevent disability, following injury or disease for patients in the inpatient, outpatient and swing bed (skilled nursing) units. You will participate in operational aspects of the department, maintain performance improvement activities, and participate in CQI activities while using a team approach.
Location: Adams County Regional Medical Center in Seaman, Ohio, is a critical access hospital located in southern Ohio approximately one hour east of Cincinnati. The Rehabilitation, Imaging, Outpatient Specialty Clinic, Laboratory and Cardiopulmonary Departments were enlarged to meet the demands of modern technology and to provide access to needed medical services to the area.
About the Rehab Department: Department hours are 7:30am-6:30pm, Monday through Friday, and utilizes an on-call rotation schedule on weekends.
Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 40 hours a week primarily daytime hours and may be required to work some extended hours which may include some evenings and weekends as business necessitates.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ability to treat patients in a variety of settings: outpatient, inpatient and skilled nursing
- Supervise physical therapy assistants within the various settings
- Assist with team-based initiatives to continue strengthening and growing the department within the settings

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be licensed, or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Ohio
Preferred Qualification:
- Master's degree
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
