We are an established outpatient physical therapy company serving Orange County and Los Angeles County, with six clinic locations. We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused Physical Therapists to join our team.

We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are passionate about outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and providing exceptional patient care.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Provide therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, and exercise programs based on evidence-based practice.
Manage an outpatient orthopedic patient caseload.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
Coordinate appropriate discharge planning and patient follow-up.
Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and rehabilitation aides.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive Pay: $45–$55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
