Board certified or eligibility in OB/GYN.Job SummaryThe Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine is seeking a Division Director of Gynecologic Subspecialty Surgery who is a Board Certified, Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) fellowshiptrained urogynecologist for a full-time faculty position. The Division Director will provide strategic, clinical, and academic leadership for the division while advancing excellence in patient care, education, and research. The successful candidate is expected to be appointed at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will have completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery. This role includes an active clinical practice, mentorship and education of residents and medical students, and opportunities to develop and lead scholarly and quality initiatives within the division. Prior leadership experience is preferred.
