| Job Summary | The Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Performance Improvement leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on strengthening financial performance, optimizing revenue cycle workflows, and enhancing operational compliance through advanced analytics and strategic process redesign. This role partners with leaders across revenue cycle, clinical, and operational functions to implement sustainable improvements that enhance cash flow, reduce denials, and streamline end-to-end processes. The Senior Manager also directs and develops a team of analysts, ensuring effective project execution, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication of results to organizational leadership. As a key leader within Beyond Blue, you will shape strategic direction, mentor emerging talent, and contribute to initiatives that advance analytical maturity, operational excellence, and the patient financial experience. Effective 7/1/2026, this position will report through the Enterprise Revenue Cycle department in Beyond Blue. |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | 6-7 years of progressive experience and 2 years of related managerial experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted. | |
