About the Role

Perm Full Time or Part time.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Greater Newcastle region. Your role involves supporting clients through the Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve their goals and maintain independence.

What You’ll Do

• Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients’ homes.
• Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
• Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
• Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.

About you

• Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
• Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle
• Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
