About the Role

Perm Full Time or Part time.

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our supportive team in the Greater Western Sydney region, covering Hawkesbury and surrounding areas. As a Senior OT, you will support clients through programs like Support at Home and Hospital Substitution, helping them achieve independence and reach their goals.

What You will Do

• Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients’ homes.
• Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
• Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
• Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.

About you

• Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
• Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle
• Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
