Summary
This position will execute APTA’s Clinical Performance Instrument (CPI 3.0) program, implementation, operations and engagement to drive growth, retention and value for APTA members and program audience. Will serve as a member of the Professional Affairs unit that implements efforts to support organizational priorities and activities within the Professional Development Department. Supports unit efforts with a focus on departmental contributions to professional affairs and ongoing assessment strategy for the Association. Assists department colleagues with carrying out efforts to meet objectives on organizational priorities with a focus on departmental contributions to professional affairs for the Association. Seeks out and supports and opportunities for continuous quality improvement in department activities. Effective champion of the Association vision, mission, and brand.
Essential Functions
- Executes planning and goals for the clinical performance instrument program.
- Coordinates and implements department and program functions, services, benefits, and communications.
- Represents APTA to members, potential members, and the public in alignment with staff values, employee policies and expectations.
- Executes program initiatives with organizational, departmental and program OKRs, KPIs, and CSFs.
- Produces performance metrics and reporting to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- Engages, if appropriate, with member groups, stakeholders, and external partners to represent APTA’s clinical performance instrument program.
- Proposes innovation, and executes program experience platforms, engagement tools, and service delivery model in collaboration with departmental leadership.
- Adheres to legal, ethical, and organizational standards and compliance in all program operations.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in education and assessment program implementation, or project management within a nonprofit, association, or mission-driven organization.
- Experience in associations or non-profits in the professional development or credentialing profession, preferred.
- Bachelor’s preferred
- PT or PTA status preferred
- Project management skills a plus
- Motivated, organized and experienced in handling a variety of projects; takes accountability in prioritizing deadlines and seeing projects to completion
- Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with learning management platforms, assessment platforms
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet)
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Travel Requirements
Up to 5% - National
