This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned physician leader to shape clinical strategy at the system level, while remaining grounded in clinical excellence. The System-Level Medical Director plays a pivotal role in advancing integrated, whole-person care across OhioGuidestone's diverse service lines.

Education & Experience Requirements

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Ohio medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in a specialty supporting integrated, whole-person care, such as:
o Psychiatry
o Family Medicine
o Internal Medicine
o Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds)
• Physicians from other primary specialties may be considered with substantial experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, and integrated care leadership
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership, supervisory, or program management role
• Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-program clinical services strongly preferred
• State DEA registration and BLS certification required
