    AMT is hiring Field Directors for Ballot Initiative campaigns across the country. While political experience is a plus, but not necessary, we are looking for strong leaders with experience leading and motivating people to perform above their own expectations. You must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate clear, sober problem-solving skills. Our Field Directors are expected to Lead From The Front and collect signatures along with their team. This is NOT an office job.
